We are looking for a Charity shop manager to run our donation centre at our new Superstore in Waddesdon. The position holder must have charity retail experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with management and retail expertise to join our team and help drive sales to support our care.
You will be joining a day hospice with big aspirations to grow our care services in the local community, increasing the reach of our service provision and making a real difference to the lives of those we care for.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, hands on and results driven, with a proven track record in leading and developing a team.

This is a full-time permanent role at 40 hours a week on a rota basis - 5 out of 7 days, paying £27,000 per annum.
You will receive 25 days annual leave increasing with length of service plus bank holidays. We also offer an employer contributory pension scheme.
