South Bucks Hospice is seeking a compassionate and forward-thinking individual to develop and drive our nursing service forward. The position holder will manage a small team of palliative care nurses and deputising for the Head of Clinical Services.

The successful candidate will be a registered nurse with at least 5 years’ experience. Previous experience and qualifications/training, in palliative care/oncology and management is most desirable.
This is a permanent full-time role at 37.5 hours per week, paying £51,000 per annum. You will receive 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays increasing with length of service. We also offer to those currently a member of the NHS Pension Scheme the option to remain in the scheme or alternatively the option to join an employer contributory pension scheme. Free on-site parking is also provided.
