We are looking for someone with retail experience to assist in the day to day running of our retail shop at Bourne End. This is a fantastic part-time opportunity for someone looking for a challenging, rewarding, and enjoyable role. The assistant shop manager will help our retail team to drive sales to support our care.

You will be joining a day hospice with big aspirations to grow our care services in the local community, increasing the reach of our service provision and making a real difference to the lives of those we care for.

This is a part-time permanent role at 22.5 hours a week on a rota basis - 3 out of 7 days, paying £12,483 per annum (full time salary £20805). Shop opening hours are 9.00 to 17.00 Monday - Saturday and 10.00 to 16.00 Sunday.

You will receive 25 days annual leave, pro-rata for part-time hours, increasing with length of service plus bank holidays. We also offer an employer contributory pension scheme.
